If analysed shots or shots with imported metadata don't map correctly, check for the following:

• Is the shot analysed at all? Check if the files for L1 metadata are populated.
• Check the cabling to your monitor. Are you using the correct video output from your I/O device?
• If you have imported metadata from a Dolby Vision XML, make sure to select "Tone mapping" > "Imported Metadata"
• If If you have imported a Dolby Vision IMF, make sure to select "Tone mapping" > "Embedded Metadata"
• If you have edited the imported Dolby Vision master or mezzanine, make sure to re-select the mapping option as all edits will result in a "new shot" without proper metadata.
• New inserted clips without metadata must be analysed first
