When bouncing files to disk, Logic Pro uses different default channel file extensions than the Dolby Atmos Renderer. These can be edited to match in Logic Pro > Preferences > I/O Assignments > Bounce Extensions:

For 7.1.4 bounces:

Dolby Atmos Renderer = .Lss and .Rss  /  Logic Pro = .Lm and .Rm
Dolby Atmos Renderer = .Lrs and .Rrs  /  Logic Pro = .Ls and .Rs
Dolby Atmos Renderer = .Ltf and .Rtf  /  Logic Pro = .Lt and .Rt
Dolby Atmos Renderer = .Ltr and .Rtr  /  Logic Pro = .Lts and .Rts
